Payment & Delivery Related
A. What are the modes of payment at the Store?
Ans: We accept all modes of payments , namely Online QR code Scanning (Preferred) , Cash , Card (Debit / Credit) and Cheque (Subject to realization).
B. Can we take delivery against cheque?
Ans. No , unless the cheque is cleared at the Bank , delivery of the goods will not be done.
C. Do you charge any extra charges for Credit Card ?
Ans. No , we do not charge any extra charges for payment made by credit cards for our products. Any payment made by Credit Card for the metal (Gold/ Silver) will attract extra charges of 3% as bank POS charges.
D. Is installment facility available with you ?
Ans: We do NOT offer any installment facility at our end. There are 2 options , either you can pay through credit card and get it converted into EMI’s by your bank or else you can pay in installments but delivery of the product will be done once full payment is clear at our end.
E. Do you offer discount ? Is any period when ‘Sale’ offer is applicable?
Ans: We do NOT offer any discount on our tag price as mentioned at the blog at any point of time. We ensure the product supplied is authentic and of appropriate quality. No compromise on the quality factor is done , hence price is 100% fixed. Please do NOT waste time and energy doing bargaining at our store , no matter whatever is the amount of purchase.
F. Do you send goods by courier ?
Ans. We send goods by Blue Dart courier across the country.
G. Kindly share the courier charges .
Ans. Courier charges of RS 100 (FIXED) is additional on total order value for delivery within West Bengal , India. Its Rs 200 (FIXED) for outside West Bengal and at any destination within India. Its Rs 2500 (Variable) subject to vary for international shipments.
Note :-
For few product extra handling charges need to be paid over and above courier charges like Ekakshi Nariyal (250) , Dakshinavarti Shankha (200) and Black Horse Shoe (125).
H. Is COD facility available?
Ans: We do NOT offer COD facility to new customer in any case. Very few cases are approved and eligible for COD for existing clients as well. Note : Extra charges for COD will imply as informed at the time of booking , which is not fixed.
Exhange & Return Related
A. What is the exchange and return policy at the store ?
Ans :
1. Once the order is placed , it cannot be canceled .
2. Advance deposited for the orders for which delivery is not taken within 30 working days is subject to be forfeited.
3. Cash refund or refund by Bank for cancellation or return of any item is not done in any case.
4. Only precious gemstones (except Pearl , Red Coral and substitute gemstones) are subject to be exchanged against another gemstones with depreciation deduction of 15% to 20% within one year of purchase. (Do not ask for cash refund , refund by bank or metals in exchange).
