OM MANSAROVAR was inaugurated on 26th August 1998 at first floor in Shree Ram Arcade at Kolkata with a motto to serve the public.Our goal is not only to make money,  we are commercial but our profit margin are most reasonable and on top of that our first target is to solve the problem of the customer on top most priority. We do not treat customers as clients , as all our customers are our family members and we try our best to solve out there problems using our sacred products.


We would like to thanks for the overwhelming response we had received from your end and keeping a blind faith on us and maintaining a healthy relationship. We assure to provide better level of support from our end in future by providing genuine products at reasonable prices.

With regard to Astrology and Vaastu , we would give our best to locate the problems and find the best , easiest and economical solution for relief.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. Working hours are subject to change.

2. Prices mentioned for the products are in Indian National Currency (Rupees).

3. Prices are subject to change or revise without any  prior notice.

4. COURIER CHARGES 

a.  Courier charges of Rs 100 will be applicable for delivery within West Bengal on total order value.

b. Courier charges of RS 200 will be applicable for delivery outside West Bengal on total order Value.

c. Special courier charges along with handling fees will be applicable for certain items such as Ekakshi Nariyal , Black Horse Shoe and Dakshinavarti Shankha.

d. International Shipment Charges is Rs. 2500 (Minimum).

5. Outstation  delivery  (Outside Kolkata) is subject to additional packaging & delivery charges , as applicable charges will vary according to destination , product and total bill amount.

6. It is mandatory to make full payment with delivery charges in advance before dispatch or delivery of goods.

7. Any product except Gemstones once sold could NOT be exchanged.

8. Any Product sold from our shop could NOT be returned against cash refund ,in any case whatsoever.

9. Semi Precious Gemstones , Red Coral and Pearl could NOT be exchanged or returned once sold.

10. All precious gemstones could be exchanged with any other gemstones with 15% to 20 % depreciation within a period of one year from date of purchase.

11. Gemstones could NOT be returned against cash refund in any case whatsoever.

12. Payment made by using POS machine (Debit card or Credit card) for metal charges will be subject to additional charge of 2% on metal value.

13. We have Fixed Price outlet, hence no bargain is allowed.

14. All disputes are subject to Kolkata (W.B ,India) jurisdiction only.
