OM MANSAROVAR was inaugurated on 26th August 1998 at first floor in Shree Ram Arcade at Kolkata with a motto to serve the public.Our goal is not only to make money,  we are commercial but our profit margin are most reasonable and on top of that our first target is to solve the problem of the customer on top most priority. We do not treat customers as clients , as all our customers are our family members and we try our best to solve out there problems using our sacred products.


We would like to thanks for the overwhelming response we had received from your end and keeping a blind faith on us and maintaining a healthy relationship. We assure to provide better level of support from our end in future by providing genuine products at reasonable prices.

With regard to Astrology and Vaastu , we would give our best to locate the problems and find the best , easiest and economical solution for relief.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

2. Prices are subject to change or revise without any  prior notice.

3. COURIER CHARGES 

a.  Courier charges of Rs 100 will be applicable for delivery within West Bengal on total order value.

b. Courier charges of RS 200 will be applicable for delivery outside West Bengal on total order Value.

c. Special courier charges along with handling fees will be applicable for certain items such as Ekakshi Nariyal , Black Horse Shoe and Dakshinavarti Shankha.

d. International Shipment Charges is Rs. 2500 (Minimum).It may vary depending upon the items ordered and destination.

4. It is mandatory to make full payment with delivery charges in advance before dispatch or delivery of goods.

5. Goods once sold could be exchanged (subject to certain terms and conditions) but could not be returned against cash refund in any case whatsoever.

 6. Payment made by using POS machine (Debit card or Credit card) for metal charges (Gold/Silver) will be subject to additional charge of minimum 2% on metal value depending upon the MDR rates of the card used for making payment.

7. We have Fixed Price outlet, hence no bargain is allowed.

8. Exchange Policy for Gemstones

a.   Precious gemstones could be exchanged against another gemstone with 15% to 20% depreciation on purchase invoice value.

b. Red Coral , Pearl & Semi Precious gemstones could not be exchanged or returned once sold.

9. All disputes are subject to Kolkata (W.B ,India) jurisdiction only.
